Details:	SUMMARY: System deactivated DETAILS: Conducted a system survey 8/10/11. The system no longer qualifies as a public water system due to number of connections and average daily population. Spoke to Tom Mitchell about billing he agreed that the state would cover one half the cost of the survey as the field work was conducted but the survey form will not need to be completed. ACTION NEEDED: File deactivation paper work. Write letter to system formally deactivating the water system.
