| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: The last two samples are both positive. Spoke to John and the system has been shut down. He stated there will be discussion about permanently decommissioning the system as he feels the hand pump may be under the influence of the South Fork of the Alsea River. They will make that determination in the spring. Spoke the Chuck with the state and he stated that a public notice is still required even though the system is shutdown. Left a voice mail for John to call and discuss this with me. Left a voice mail for Betsy Perry in the Springfield office to discuss posting a public notice a system that is shut down. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for return calls to discuss public notice paper work. | ||
