| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed enforcement related to plan review DETAILS: I called and spoke with Nancy Crigler on November 8 and Norm Pfaff on November 9 regarding the lack of plan review for the well added to the water system inventory in 2007. I confirmed that Norm had a copy of the enforcement letter mailed on October 28 and understood the requirements. Norm stated that he discussed the situation with Butch Rogers and will make sure the situation is resolved quickly rather than waiting until the end of the month. Norm mentioned that their current operator is considering retirement, and I informed Norm that their water system classification allows them to employ an operator certified at the small system level, and that any of the board members could attend a free class to receive this training.
