| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: 11/7/11 - Received alert for the total coliform positive result from the routine sample collected 11/2/11. Spoke with Amos Rasmussen, primary contact for the system. Confirmed that the spring is the only Groundwater source in use at this time, so only one triggered source sample is required. 11/14 - Spoke with Chuck Everson, who collects the samples for the system. He is out of state, so the repeat samples will not be collected until 11/22. Discussed the requirement for four repeat samples, one of which will be a triggered source sample from the spring. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat samples, further action will be based on those results. | ||
