| Details: | SUMMARY: Letter acknowledging receipt of their follow up to recent survey DETAILS: Michael sent in a letter documenting how he had addressed all the significant deficiencies noted in the July 2011 survey conducted by Russ Kazmierczak. This included a coliform sampling plan, completion of Emergency Response Plan form, photos of the changes made at the well head (e.g., sample tap added), and his intention to bring the monitoring up to standard by the end of 2011.
