Details:	SUMMARY: Survey recommendation DETAILS: Mike emailed me that the abandoned well on the property had a cover welded to the top of the casing and removal of other potential openings into the casing. As per the email. Mr. Sherman, Here is a progress report as it relates to the water survey on Aug 15, 2011. The well has been capped, the metering device and the accompanying chlorine tank have been removed from the water line per out conversation. ACTION NEEDED: None
