| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response - MCL Violation DETAILS: Received alert for two repeat samples collected 11/14 that tested TC positive, one of which was the source sample from the well. There is an MCL violation for November. Kelly stoped by the office. Discussed public notice requirements, gave her the coliform PN templates. Discussed plan to batch chlorinate the system. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to batch chlorinate, flush system, distribute public notice, provide dated copy to DWP, collect five routine samples in December. | ||
