| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Terry to let him know the system had a positive routine sample 9/14/11. He said the lab had already notified him and he has the repeats scheduled next week. I let him know he will need a triggered source sample at the spring as well as 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine for October. I let him know if all come back absent he will be back to usual one coliform per month schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond as necessary | ||
