| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Dave and left message to let him know about the total coliform positive for sample date 9/30/11. I let him know he will need to take a triggered source sample at the well head. I also let him know he will need to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. If all samples are absent for coliform he will need to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples in the distribution system for October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling and respond if necessary | ||
