| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring DETAILS: System tested positive for total coliform samples November 2010 _ March 2011. Positive Ecoli results were obtained on February 16, 2011. I spoke with Daniel hough from the state office in Douglas County on 9/7/11 regarding the system. The system shall complete coliform testing each month for 12 consecutive months. I spoke with Steve a company representative on 9/9/11 and informed him of the monthly testing requirement. Mr. jacobsen stated the system had just completed some repairs to the distribution system. One plastic supply line from the well to a 1500 gallon underground storage tank was discovered to have a crack and was repaired. A second distribution line supplying the store was also excavated and discovered to have a crack. Mr. Jacobsen stated both supply lines may have been subjected to some surface water runoff from a nearby pasture. The consecutive months as required. ACTION NEEDED: Monthly sampling of the distribution system for 12 consecutive months. | ||
