| Details: | SUMMARY: TTHM MCL alert DETAILS: TTHM sample result at .08 which equals MCL. I contacted Matt at Luckiamute on 10/18/11 about the alert. He believes the tank is not being turned over enough possible build up of by products. I told him he may have to do a public notice if the running annual average is at the MCL. On 10/19/11 I spoke with Chuck Michael about whether the sample result is a MCL violation or not since it equals the MCL. On 10/20/11 I spoke with the on call duty officer, Evan, he researched the sample result-it was a data entry error. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
