| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted the operator on 10/28/11 to discuss the total coliform positive routine sample. I left a message concerning taking a total of 4 repeat samples within 24 hours, one at the source, one at the sample site, and one upstream and one downstream. Water operator contacted me on 10/31/11. Operator stated the sample was from his house not from the water system. Alert does indicate sample site is located at 3110 Independence hwy not the Green Villa Barn location. I asked the operator to contact Chuck Michaels to correct the date entry. ACTION NEEDED: Sample site error. Data entry should be updated to reflect actual source of water. | ||
