| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Routine sample taken 10/4/11 was positive. The sample had a .19ppm chlorine residual. Source samples were pulled the same day so no triggered samples had to be submitted, per conversation with Bill Goss in Pendleton. Repeats were pulled on 10/6/11 and all 4 repeats were negative. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples needed in November. | ||
