Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up regarding repeat sampling DETAILS: Routine test was positive for coliform, no obvious reason. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples and one triggered at the source. I spoke to tom about labeling the location of the sample site on the lab slip. I places 4 sample bottles in the from office for the operator to pick up.
