| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: One of five temporary routines collected 10/4/11 was positive for coliform. I spoke with Scot and he is going to collect four samples today, one labeled source, the other three labeled distribution. 10/28/11- Per subsequent conversations with Scot and Tim Detrick, this system was shut down right after the 10/4/11 positive coliform and will not be reopened until next spring. ACTION NEEDED: One routine sample is due in the next quarter this system operates, 2nd quarter 2012 | ||
