Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert Response DETAILS: 11/23/11 - received a call from Magic Valley Lab regarding the arsenic result of 0.0256 mg/l from the sample collected 11/9. 11/28/11 - received copies of the arsenic and nitrate public notices for the 4th quarter that include the 11/9 results as discussed on 10/25. 11/30/11 - received water quality alert ACTION NEEDED: PWS to continue quarterly nitrate, arsenic monitoring and public notice, submit plans for new well by Dec. 31 deadline.
