Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed construction deadline DETAILS: I called Dion and requested information about any progress that has been made in upgrading the treatment system at Sawyers Landing. He stated that financing continues to be a problem, and that he currently cant afford to order the new cartridge filters to replace the existing system. He said he still intends to meet the December 31 deadline for installing the treatment. ACTION NEEDED: None
