| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/14/11 DETAILS: 9/16/11 I called and left a message for Peggy with a reminder to collect three triggered source samples and four distribution repeat samples, along with five temporary routines in October. 9/19/11 Peggy called and she just returned from being out of town. She is going to collect the repeats tomorrow and check chlorine residual as well. 10/28/11 The four repeat and three triggered samples referred to above all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in October. | ||
