| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Called John 10/10/11 and the only positive coliform of the 4 repeats was from the same location as the original positive coliform at the mens restroom. Apparently this is a unique fixture and hot water is on all the time and therefore it is poor sample location. Discussed invalidating the sample with John, Umpqua lab and the state. Will take a replacement sample and invalidate the original routine. John will remove this faucet from the sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit a replacement sample ASAP and mark as routine replacement. Adjust coliform sampling plan with a different routine sampling location. | ||
