| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Mr. Robert Gibson, the owner of this firm, regarding recent coliform failures. Mr. Gibson stated the well had been replaced recently and that this was the most probable reason for the failure. Mr. Gibson stated that Siskiyou pump service was on site and the well was being shock chlorinated. ACTION NEEDED: None. Action will be predicated on the results of the repeat samples. | ||
