| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review requirements on second source DETAILS: Reviewed Rule requirements in 333-061-0050(3)(d) for an intake: screen to exclude leaves, debris, and fish (WRD says no fish)-- provision for cleaning (manual or automatic)-- no electrical involved here-- swimming and boating not practical given slope, shallow depth, and bedrock substrate-- valve to allow exclusion of undesirable water.
