| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: spoke with manager Darin, about the 9.8ppm nitrate result on 10/14/11. This confirmation sample will actually be counted as the 4th quarter result. Firm still needs a 1st quarter nitrate result in 2012 to have four consecutive quarterly nitrate results. We discussed the sample should be at the beginning of the quarter in case a confirmation sample is needed it can then be done within the same sampling quarter. Darin stated he was going to get estimates on treatment for the high nitrates and also discuss using pre-mixed soda with their soda provider in order to not provide water to the public.
