| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective action letter DETAILS: In field visit to the system to provide them a corrective action letter in regards to positive Ecoli samples on 9/26/11 and confirmed 9/28/11 during assessment monitoring. Rob Hilles stated he would install a chlorinator on the system and jump right to a filtration method in addition to the disinfections to take care of the GWUDI concerns. The plan review coordinator name and number was provided and he stated his water service company would be in contact to move forward with plan review within the month. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review for disinfection and filtration. | ||
