| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper rule DETAILS: Sent letter stating the exceedence of copper samples collected September 29,2011 at 2.0mg/L. There has been a steady increase since 2009. System must deliver education materials to customers within 60 days. Must provide a notice of individual lead tap results to occupants. Also required to collect two rounds of testing and instructions were sent. ACTION NEEDED: Send written recommendation identifying the approach system will pursue to meet standards by January 15,2012. Corrosion control treatment to be installed within 24 months. | ||
