| Details: | SUMMARY: Discuss October positive coliform DETAILS: Mr. Allard came into my office to go over the repeat sampling procedure. We reviewed the coliform sampling and how to label the samples on the lab slip. Mr. Allard also updated his coliform sampling plan as space #102 is no longer being lived in. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up after the repeat samples have been received and discuss the temporary routines with the operator. | ||
