Details: SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding 4th quarter positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Tim and he indicated that occasionally after heavy rains they will have a positive sample. We went over the repeat procedure and the need to mark the source sample as triggered on the lab slip ACTION NEEDED: Follow up when the repeat samples have been received.
