| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: A routine water sample was collected 12/7/11. It tested to be total coliform positive. I spoke with the operator and informed him on the repeat and temporary routine requirements. He will take the 3 repeat/1 triggered source sample either 12/14 or 12/21. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat and 1 triggered source sample by 12/21. Depending on results, 5 routine samples may be required in January 2012. | ||
