| Details: | SUMMARY: new contact and review WSS DETAILS: Met with Tom Melder (on-site contact), John Stanley (Portland), and Linda Goar (on-site). We reviewed the last site visit/sanitary survey and discussed the deficiencies that need correction. The location has only been open since Sept. I extended the survey correction an additional 6 months. I also provided information for the OAWU circuit rider and the lab that had been used by the contractors this past summer to perform the needed initial tests. ACTION NEEDED: Coliform sampling plan was completed on 12/1/11. The additional deficiencies and DRC training have an additional 6 months to get completed. I recommended these duties could also be assumed by the newly formed safety committee at the location. | ||
