| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Rick about the recent positive sample. He stated they took five repeat samples. I explained that because they are a system that does not use chlorine or UV that four samples were required one of which should be a triggered source sample. Rick also stated he will be taking over the water system duties from Curt Deuver. WE discussed protocol should a repeat sample return positive and create an MCl violation ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the repeat sample results. File change of information form with the state for the new contact. | ||
