| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform violation DETAILS: spoke to Rick Friday afternoon on 10/21/11. Four of five repeat samples taken from the church are positive for coliform. The triggered source sample was negative. We discussed a tier 2 public notice for the MCL violation. Rick stated the church will hire a contractor to shock chlorinate the system on Monday 10/24/11. WE discussed the need to take five temporary routine samples in November. We also discussed taking a special sample once shock chlorination is complete and the chlorine is verified as removed from eh system. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for public notice to be remitted and forward to the state. Monitor system chlorination and special samples. | ||
