| Details: | SUMMARY: Late sample DETAILS: While reviewing recent violations posted from the state I noticed a violation for this system for late/non reporting of the required quarterly PCE sample. I contacted Jim of Stutzman Pump. He looked into the matter and found that the test was taken but not reported. The test results were sent to the state which generated an alert for the detection. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor violations for reporting gaps. | ||
