Details: SUMMARY: Respond to coliform positives DETAILS: spoke with Shelly. Routine sample positive for coliform. Shelly said they have been working on well #1 and have brought it back on line. Samples were taken prior to connecting to the water system and showed no sighs of coliform. Shelly believes the system should have been shock chlorinated prior to taking the routine samples in the distribution due to work on the well/pump. 4 repeat samples required, one from each active source and 2 from the distribution. 5 temporary routine samples required in October 2011. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples required. Waiting for results. 5 temporary routine samples required in October 2011
