| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to lead over the 90% value DETAILS: Spoke with Keith and he said one of the unit sites has lead piping that needs to be replaced. Also, the unit has been vacant for some time and he believes is the reason for the high lead levels. Keith is going to take a repeat sample at another site location within the park and send an invalidation request to my email. The park plans on replacing the piping in the future at the one unit prior to any resident occupancy ACTION NEEDED: Repeat sample required. Email requesting invalidation to be forwarded to Chuck Michael. | ||
