| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone call with Matt re: assessment sampling for South wells #4 and #5 DETAILS: Follow up to survey question regarding Independences required annual assessment sampling. City still needs South wells #4 and #5 and Polk Well #3 and River Drive well samples. Matt discussed inactivating the two South sources (4 and 5), as the City has no plans to use them at this time. City will still need to pull a sample for the two Polk Wellfield wells, which Matt plans to do today. ACTION NEEDED: State to inactivate two wells. | ||
