| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform DETAILS: spoke with Dan & Brandy at Oregon Water Services. The water system storage tank ran below the level they wanted and a tenant/manager/operator decided to fill the tank using irrigation water. Repeat sample positive for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples required one from the source and 4 from the distribution. Waiting for results. 5 temporary routine samples required in October 2011. | ||
