| Details: | SUMMARY: Tier One boil notice due to system pressure loss DETAILS: On 12/14/11 I called Jody for an unrelated issue and was informed that the system completely lost pressure at some point during the day on 12/13/11. This was likely due to well piping freezing and causing the storage reservoir to run dry. System pressure had been recovered by the time of my conversation with Jody on 12/14/11 but distribution sampling had not been conducted to establish coliform absence. Two distribution samples were collected on 12/15/11. Results available on 12/16/11 indicated the distribution was coliform absent. The boil notice was subsequently lifted on the afternoon of 12/16/11. ACTION NEEDED: Insulation was added in the well house to prevent future pipe freezes. | ||
