Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 10/4/11 DETAILS: Contacted mark about the total coliform positive sample taken on the 4th. I let him know they will need to take a triggered source sample at the well head and 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He said he would take the samples ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary.
