Details: SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform 10/7/11 DETAILS: Contacted Mark about the repeat coliform positive sample taken on the 7th. I let him know they will need go post a public notice for their employees. He indicated they will disinfect the well and distribution system. I emailed Mark a link to the public notice template as well as instructions for disinfections of a well. I let him know they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples in the distribution system for November. I also let hi know he can take a couple of special samples to determine if the disinfections eliminated the total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed public notice and forward to the state. Monitor further sampling and respond as necessary.
