| Details: | SUMMARY: Need to conduct water system survey DETAILS: Michelle Byrd was denied access to this water system to conduct a water system survey, and she and Bill Goss had left several messages for him to call them back. I called him today. He does not want us to conduct a survey in 2011 but stated that he would allow us to in 2012. I let him know that we have the authority to issue an administrative search warrant, but we both agreed that we didnt want to go down that road. ACTION NEEDED: arrange to conduct the survey as early in 2012 as possible, weather permitting. | ||
