| Details: | SUMMARY: December Sampling Delayed DETAILS: Neil called. The last three times samples were collected they did not make it to the lab due to being past the holding time, damaged in shipping, or lost. A new source sample tap has been installed prior to the pressure tank. The well pump failed yesterday, so it will be replaced and the system chlorinated and flushed again before any more samples can be collected. I advised five routine samples be collected the last week of December if possible. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect five routine samples for December. | ||
