| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 10/28/11 positive. Spoke with Nick and he did take the sample from a swivel faucet with a screen. We did discuss the site should have had the screen removed and swivel faucets are not the best sampling site. Discussed the repeat sampling due now which includes same site, two others in the distribution and one triggered sample from the well. Due to a family death he will not be able to take samples until Monday. The camp has no planned activities until the 12th of November. He understands he also needs to take five temporary routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Sample as stated above. | ||
