| Details: | SUMMARY: LCR excursion for August DETAILS: Received an alert for 4 excursions that took place on August 2nd, 7th, 17th, and 20th of 2010. The lowest pH was 6.89 and the minimum pH they needed to meet was 7.2. The pH the day before and after each excursion met the minimum. The excursions were attributed to alarm failures and disinfection upsets. The system has resolved the disinfection issues and is working to resolve alarm deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: System to continue to monitor compliance with the minimum pH of 7.2 and work on resolving alarm deficiencies. | ||
