| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 10/4/11 The triggered and 3 repeat samples collected 10/3/11 tested positive. I spoke with pat Callahan regarding the public notice requirement and emailed him a template along with states email address. We spoke about corrective action. I recommended shock chlorinating the system and emailed him the state guidelines for disinfecting wells. I asked him to give me a call to discuss disinfections in more detail after he had a chance to look over the guidelines. Pat added he may have Ray Timmel call me to discuss disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in November | ||
