| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Pump Pulled and Parts Replaced DETAILS: Met on site with the schools maintenance person, Roger Wright, and Randy with Farm Commercial Irrigation of Weiser, ID. The well pump was pulled, and everything between the pump and the pitless adapter was replaced, including the drop pipe, wiring, torque arrestor, hose clamps, safety rope, and electrical tape. Static water level was measured at 9.5 feet below ground surface. While repressurizing the system, discovered the bladder in the pressure tank had failed and the tank was waterlogged. ACTION NEEDED: Phthalate sample to be collected in first quarter of 2012. Pressure tank to be replaced. | ||
