Details: SUMMARY: Coliform and Ecoli DETAILS: I left message 4:50pm on 11/1/11 with operator to take additional samples, five for well #1 and four for well #2 to confirm the location of the problem at the source or in the distribution system. Operator called back 11/3/11 to let me know that well #1 was taken off line on 10/28/11 after maintenance was done. No public notice necessary since the well was not online when the sample triggered an alert, no one drank the water. Well #2 is online system flushed and bleached. Samples should have been marked special not routine. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Chuck Michael to notify him of the sample marking error.
