| Details: | SUMMARY: Assessment sample positive coliform DETAILS: Assessment sample tested positive for coliform. The system is using a chlorinator and I called and spoke with system 9/19/11 to reiterate maintaining the chlorinator and the chlorine residual and that it still needs to be recorded 2x weekly in the distribution system. The system indicated this was being accomplished. Because this is a non alert no further action required at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to submit coliform samples in a timely manner. | ||
