| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to coliform alert DETAILS: discussed the temporary routine coliform sample at well head. Michael said he was going to shock the well. He thinks its only an issue at the well. He was going to do it tomorrow because there will be low use at the site due to Thanksgiving. I explained that he needed to do 5 temporary routines in the month of December. I also asked him to send me a copy of his public notice. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
