| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Rick about recent tests. This has been an on going issue since October. We discussed not taking a source sample with the triggered sample set. I informed him that they must be distribution samples. I had the state correct the source sample issue. I instructed Rick to take one more distribution sample as he still had time before the end of the month. We talked about shocking the system again, inspecting the well head area as it is open to the elements, no a pit less adapter and has no concrete pad or housing. We discussed insuring that the storage tank overflow was protected with a screen or flap valve, checking for any possible leaks in the storage tank hatch. WE also discussed the need to submit a new public notice which he did. It was forwarded to the state and confirmed received. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the last triggered monitor remediation efforts with shock chlorination and special samples. Review results of triggered for December. | ||
