| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting violation DETAILS: I contacted John by phone and notified him of the violation to test quarterly, 4 quarters for tetrachloroethylene. One quarter in 2010 was completed but no testing was done since. He said he wasnt aware and did not get a post card from the state as a reminder. He will do 3 more quarters of testing. ACTION NEEDED: He will do 3 more quarters of testing. | ||
