Zach measured the following setback distrances:

144 from well head to septic tank/pump
223 from well head to septic sand filter
235 to drainfield

Also, the WS uses the Hallet 15XS-- an NSF 55 class A certified UV unit that is not validated to appropriate, post-2009, standards. Therefore, no inactivation credit is granted.
(UV acceptance criteria changed since the original plan review submission in late 2006.) ACTION NEEDED: Review well & UV plans when they arrive.
Since the current UV unit potentially masks accurate routine coliform sampling results, assessment sampling at the wellhead is recommended.
